Ready to open your heart to a new feline friend? We're here to assist you in adopting a cat professionally and efficiently through our wonderful rescue partner, Homeless Tails!
Homeless Tails is a non-profit 501(c)(3) no-kill cat rescue organization, EIN 22-3776707, dedicated to saving and finding loving homes for cats who were abandoned, abused, neglected or simply were not lucky enough to find a forever home. Homeless Tails provides low cost spay/neuter, temporary shelter, adoptions and Trap-Neuter-Return services to all cats in need.
Adopting a cat is a wonderful long-term commitment that can bring joy and companionship for many years. Cats can live up to 20 years or more with proper care, so it's essential to be prepared for the responsibilities that come with cat ownership.
How the Process Works
Fill out the application
Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety. The application will go directly to our rescue partner, Homeless Tails. Once you submit an application, the cat you have chosen will be put on hold. If there are other people interested in the same cat, Homeless Tails will accept their application,Please ensure you complete the application in full. The application will be sent directly to our rescue partner, Homeless Tails. Once you submit your application, the cat you have chosen will be placed on hold. If there are other individuals interested in the same cat, Homeless Tails will accept their applications as well; however, the first applicant will be given priority. All decisions regarding adoptions are made by Homeless Tails. but the first applicant will be given priority. Homeless Tails makes all decisions on adoptions.

Here are some important considerations for anyone thinking about adopting a cat:
Kittens are often best adopted in pairs. Applicants must be at least 25 years old and currently employed. If you are renting, please provide a copy of your signed lease that states that cats are permitted.

The adoption fee is $225 for one cat or $400 for two. This fee includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, and, depending on the cat, may also include a microchip. The adoption fee goes directly to our rescue partner, Homeless Tails, and helps them rescue more cats!
